Usb Ps2 Controller Adapter Driver3/28/2021
This is a generic driver for all VID0810PID0001 devices, which adds rumble support to the USB adapter on Windows 10 (and earlier). That application is able to work together with this driver to give Force Feedback vibration.
While it shows up fine in the control panel (I am using the hkems driver as posted above) it doesnt register in the game at all. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding. As far as NHL2005, sorry can not help there - sounds like you have found the first game that perhaps doesnt work (strange considering its using standard win drivers too) I have had two messages saying that the buttons stick too, something that I have not happen as yet. Usb Controller Adapter Install These DriversIf you have one of these adaptors and have installed the drivers off the CD on WinXP then you can uninstall these drivers and go back to the standard windows drivers by running the following command from the start - Run box in your start menu. Still bloody annoying I aint got the rumble working though, tried loads of differnet drivers for it too now. If you still can not get it to work and only have one pad plugged in go into device manager and disable the second port then it should work fine I have been playing both NFSU2 and Prince of Persia Warrior Within with this adaptor over the last few days perfectly fine. This appears to work fine when I view the gamepads properties in Control Panel, but when I use it in a game (such as Psychonauts or GTA), right-left maps to up-down and vice versa. Does removing the drivers from the CD fix this problem Cheers, P. I used to use a smart joy converter I got from lik sang and it worked a treat, the only reason I ordered the play one was because I wanted to play 2 player on snes and megadrive emulators. I can get the first controller to work (just), its in Port 2 the 2nd one isnt recognised, how do you use 2 controllers with these things. My installation cd didnt even work so I am using win xp drivers. Im going to buy the convertor xp from PLAY.com, and then im going to follow Lensmans instructions, i will let you no if it works, otherwise. I didnt get a CD with my play.com adapter. Currently having trouble getting it to stop scrolling the menus in Fifa 06. I fixed this in NHL 06 by disabling port 2 on the adapter as suggested. Tryed following the guide over at but when i delete the registry key, then go into fifa, the registry key is abck again. Why is it coming back I really am going insane over here at the minute. Nothing worse than buying a brand new game and have it not work. Its even more irritating when i fixed NHL 06 so simply but Fifa then acts up. When using the USB adapter does a Sony Controller behave like as mouse, or does it only work as a input device in games. Aside from not working with NFSU2 and several other games, my main gripe was the horrible lack of a deadzone while playing NFS: Most Wanted, making me weave left and right trying to correct my line and steer straight. Ive finally got it sorted, thanks to the spectaculous chaps at who make a very similar device and have some regularly updated drivers (and also have one of the worst websites I have ever seen). Usb Controller Adapter Download Then DoubleUSB Joypad2 (ver2.7).exe is the current version as of writing and all thats needed is to download then double click to install it, and the normal joypad test and calibration menus will be replaced with something much more substantial, YOU MUST CHOOSE COMPATABILITY MODE FROM THE DROP DOWN BOX, otherwise when you try to play a game things go crazy and your computer will probably blow up Compatible mode will make it work in NFSU2 among other things, youll also notice a deadzone sensitivity slider and it even has joy2key built in so you can map all kinds of wacky buttons combinations to your hearts content I hope that helps anyone else whos still struggling with this thing, and anyone in the future. A tap of shoot that used to be a quarter of a bar in PES4 is now a full blown blast into te crowd of a full bar and its making things really tough. Now I have GTA:San Andreas and Id really prefer to play it using a PS analogue controller.
